Creating Response Groups
First, create a response group.
This task is a step in Process of Setting Up Response Groups.
To create a response group
- Navigate to the Administration - Communications screen, then the All Response Groups view. 
- In the Response Groups form, create a new record. 
- Using information you gather during the planning process, complete the necessary response group fields in the following table. 
| Field | Description |

| Name | Type the name of the response group. | 
| Service Name | Do not change the default value of Workflow Process Manager. | 
| Method Name | Do not change the default value of RunProcess. | 
| Administrator Email Address | Type the email address to which a notification is sent when server errors occur. | 
| Description | Type notes about this response group. You can describe the behaviors that apply to all profiles in this response group. |
