Obtaining and Importing the Certificate

Before you can configure the email drivers to support the 64-bit JRE, you must obtain a suitable certificate and import it into your Siebel truststore.

To obtain and import the certificate

  1. Obtain the public certificate from the email server (for example, Microsoft Exchange Server).

  2. To import the certificate into your Siebel truststore, run a command similar to the following from the Java_Home/bin directory:

    keytool -import -alias outlook.com -file outlook.cer -keystore YourSiebelTruststore.jks
