Administration of Charge Sheet Library

In the Administration – Clinical in the CTMS application,

  1. Navigate to Charge Sheet Library.

  2. Create a new Charge Sheet version by clicking on the ‘+’ sign or through the Import feature.

    The following values can be entered through '+':

    • Version Name

    • Effective Start Date

    • Effective End Date

    • Status (defaults to ‘Draft’ for a new version)

      State transitions:

      Draft > Reviewed

      Reviewed > Active

      Active > Archived

      Archived > Active

    Note:
    • In Draft status, you can manually enter, update or import Charge Sheet Items into a Charge Sheet Version.

    • When status is set to ‘Reviewed’ the Reviewed by is auto-populated.

    • When status is set to ‘Active’ the ‘Activated By’ is auto-populated.
