フランス用のUBL 2.1 XML電子請求
UBL 2.1 XML売掛/未収金トランザクションでフランス固有のデータ要素を使用します。
これらのデータ要素により、フランスのTVAの対象となるすべてのB2B電子請求書について、フランスの税務当局が義務付けている詳細な財務および税金情報を提供します。
フランス用の電子請求のノート設定:
XML電子請求に対するフランスの税務当局の要求に従って、ZMM_NOTE_TYPE参照タイプ配下に、コードAAIおよび摘要FR BT-21を設定した参照コードを定義します。該当するXMLトランザクションに、このノート・タイプを割り当てます。
フランスの電子請求のノートを設定するには:
- 「売掛/未収金ノート・タイプの管理」ページに移動します。
- ZMM_NOTE_TYPE参照タイプを選択し、ZMM_NOTE_TYPEの「参照コード」セクションにあるプラス(+)アイコンをクリックして、新しい行を開きます。
- 「参照コード」フィールドに、「AAI」と入力します。
- 「使用可能」オプションを選択します。
- 「開始日」フィールドに、この参照コードに該当する日付を入力します。
- 「内容」フィールドに、「一般情報」と入力します。
- 「摘要」フィールドに、「FR BT-21」と入力します。
- 作業内容を保存します。
- 「売掛/未収金ノート・タイプ・マッピングの管理」ページに移動します。
- 「ビジネス・オブジェクト」フィールドで、「売掛/未収金トランザクション」を選択します。
- プラス(+)アイコンをクリックして新しい行を開きます。
- 「マップされた参照値」フィールドで、前述のとおり作成した参照コード「AAI」を選択します。
- 「デフォルト」フィールドに、要件に従って「はい」または「いいえ」を入力します。
- 作業内容を保存します。
- 該当するXMLトランザクションの「トランザクションの編集」ページにナビゲートします。
- 「一般情報」セクションで、「ノート」アイコンをクリックして「ノートの作成」ウィンドウを開きます。
- 作成して売掛/未収金トランザクション・ビジネス・オブジェクトにマップした参照コード「AAI」を「タイプ」フィールドで選択します。
- 「OK」ボタンをクリックして、トランザクションを保存します。
