The visualizations and data displayed on the Supplier Contract Insights dashboard are based on values selected for the filters and date range.
Data can also be filtered by selecting any categorical data within a visualization (for example, an individual bar in a bar graph).

Documents in Red Cycle Status - Displays the number of documents in Red Cycle status.
Documents Pending Approval - Shows the total number of documents awaiting approval.
Documents Pending Signature - Provides the number of documents that are not signed.
Documents Pending Collaboration - Shows the number of documents pending for collaboration.
Documents Pending External Collab - Shows the number of documents pending for external collaboration.
Documents by Status - Displays the number of documents by different statuses.
Documents by Status and Top Suppliers - Displays the number of documents by different statuses along with their suppliers.
Documents by Administrator - Shows the number of documents by its assigned administrators.
Documents by Type - Provides the number of documents by contract types.
Documents by Sponsor - Displays the number of documents by their sponsors.
Documents by Department - Shows the number of documents with different departments.
Documents Expiring - Shows the number of contracts that are about to expire.
Documents in Pending Status and Number of Days - Displays the number of documents in pending status along with the period they are in pending status.
Documents Awaiting User - Shows the number of documents waiting for user's action.
Contracts Documents Details - Shows the list of all documents and their details. Users can view the document using the hyperlink for each item.
