Oracle Autonomous Transaction Processing接続テスト中にデータベースにアクセスできません

接続テスト中に次のエラーを受け取り、接続エージェントを使用してプライベート・サブネットで実行されているOracle Autonomous Transaction Processingデータベースに接続する場合は、Oracle Autonomous Transaction ProcessingデータベースのIPアドレスがエージェント・ホストから解決できることを確認する必要があります。

credentials and ensure database is reachable
  1. Oracle Autonomous Transaction Processingウォレット・ファイルから、tnsnames.oraファイルを抽出します。
  2. 使用されているサービス名(たとえば、test_atp_low)を検索し、ホスト名(たとえば、test_atp.adb.us-phoenix-1.oraclecloud.com)を取得します。
  3. エージェント・ホストから、次のコマンドを実行します:
    nslookup ATP_hostname
  4. ホスト名がOracle Autonomous Transaction ProcessingデータベースのIPアドレスに解決されない場合は、エージェント・ホストの/etc/hostsファイルにエントリを作成します:
    ATP_IP_Address ATP_Service_Hostname_from_tnsnames.ora Hostname
    たとえば:
    10.0.0.64 test_atp.adb.us-phoenix-1.oraclecloud.com test_atp
  5. 接続を再度テストします。
