Activate and Run the Recipe

After you've configured the connections, activate the recipe package and run it.

  1. On the Configuration Editor page, click Activate in the title bar. In the Activate Package dialog, click Activate again.
A confirmation message is displayed informing that the integration has been submitted for activation. Refresh the page to view the updated status of the integration.
  2. Run the recipe.
    1. On the Configuration Editor page, select the integration flow.
    2. Click Run Run icon, then click Submit Now.
The Schedule Parameters page is displayed, where you can specify a value for the lastCreatedTime parameter. This parameter stores the creation date time-stamp of the last-processed Stripe subscription plan. If you want to reset the integration so that it starts querying Stripe plan records from the very beginning, set this field to 0 (zero). Otherwise, no input is required.
    3. Click Submit again on the Schedule Parameters page.
You've now successfully submitted the integration for execution.

      Note:

You can also schedule this integration to run at a date, time, and frequency of your choosing. See Define the Integration Schedule.
  3. Monitor the execution of the integration flow in Oracle Integration.
    1. On the Configuration Editor page of the recipe, select the integration flow.
    2. Click Run Run icon, then click Track Instances.
    3. On the Track Instances page, you'll see the integration flow of the recipe being triggered and executing successfully. The recipe now imports subscription-plan records from Stripe to Oracle NetSuite.
  4. Log in to your NetSuite instance as an Administrator and check for the new service-item records.
    1. On the NetSuite home page, select Lists, then Accounting, and then Items.
    2. On the Items page, expand the FILTERS section and select Service in the TYPE field to list only service items on the page.
      Collapse the FILTERS section.
    3. In the QUICK SORT field, select Recently Created to list the recently-created service items first.
    4. Click View in a new service item's row to open the item. Click the Custom tab to view the custom fields and the associated values.
Using the values in the Stripe Plan ID fields of service items, you can verify if all the required Stripe subscription plans have been imported.
