Final Action

Depending upon the prior configuration, the Final Action appears in the Entity Navigation list on the Application screen.

  1. Click the Final Action option from the list in the Entity Navigation menu. The Final Action screen appears.
  2. Filter options can be displayed using the Filter icon . To view all the filter options, click the Filter icon . Once, all the filter options are displayed, activities can be filtered on the Final Action screen by selecting appropriate filter options. Activities appear only if the filter options corresponding to them are selected. You can select Documents, Financials, Shadows, Reversals, Delete, etc for the Display field and click Refresh and/or may select the View type if required. Upon clicking Refresh or selecting a View type, the applicable final actions will appear below in a tabular format. You can click any final action to view its details. To view details, click <Activity Name>. The <Activity Name> window appears with links to all activity details that apply to that activity.
  3. Note: The user must select 'Documents' and 'Financial' to display any activities on the screen. If the user selects additional filters such as Shadows, Reversals, or Delete along with Documents and Financial, the Final Action screen will display results from Documents, Financial, and the selected additional filters Shadows, Reversals, Delete, etc.

  4. The Process All button will start the activity processing for all the returned results. The Auto-Process checkbox, if checked, will automatically process the final action.

    Select the applicable final action from the Final Action drop-down and click the Add Activity icon to add a final action (activity).
  5. A final action can be processed by clicking the Process icon in the Action column of the activity's row.
