A good loyalty program recognizes events in a member’s life or journey with the brand by rewarding members at specific milestones. Siebel Loyalty facilitates the automatic creation of transactions for members who meet certain triggers such as birthday, anniversary, completed referral, specific redemption, and more. These transactions reward members accordingly.
This functionality allows Loyalty Administrators and Program Managers to enhance their loyalty programs with the ability to create and process transactions for members non activity and to reward members on their special occasions.
Organizations intend to reward members in various scenarios where there is no explicit action such as:
- Member’s birthday
