Environment Status

The Primavera P6 Unifier SaaS Status Page provides updates on the events occurring in the data center where your Primavera P6 EPPM and Primavera Unifier instances are hosted. You can view events and updates directly on the status page or by subscribing to alerts.

How can I subscribe to get updates?

To subscribe to the Status Page to receive updates in email or text messages:

  1. On the Status page, select Subscribe to updates.
  2. On the Subscribe to updates dialog box, select the Email or SMS tab, complete the fields, and then select Subscribe to updates.
  3. Depending on your selection, open the email or text message and confirm your subscription.
  4. For email subscriptions, click the Confirm Subscription button in the email to open the Manage Subscriptions page, select only the data center where your instance of Primavera P6 EPPM and Primavera Unifier is hosted, then select Update Subscription.

After each unplanned service outage is resolved, our teams will conduct an investigation to determine the cause, assign corrective actions, and ensure efforts are made to prevent the issue from happening in the future.
