User Inactivity Report - Active Users Only with columns for USER_ID, USER_NAME and LAST_LOGIN (SERVER TIME)

Description

Provides a list of active users that have not logged into P6 EPPM in the time period specified in the Time interval to store user login information setting in Application Settings. Shows the user ID (the object ID in the database), user name (the login name), most recent log out date and time, and the modules assigned to the account.

Location

  1. On the  Navigation Menu, select  Reports.
  2. Expand the P6Reports folder.
  3. Expand the Administrative folder.
  4. Click User Inactivity Report - Active Users Only.
