User Inactivity Report

Description

Provides a list of users that have not logged into P6 EPPM in the time period specified in the Time interval to store user login information setting in Application Settings. Shows the user ID (the object ID in the database), user name (the login name), most recent log out date and time, the creation date of the user account, and the modules assigned to the account.

Location

  1. On the  Navigation Menu, select  Reports.
  2. Expand the P6Reports folder.
  3. Expand the Administrative folder.
  4. Click User Not Logged In Report.
