Configuring Activity Steps

Configure steps to show percent complete and to give a description of the step.

To configure steps:

  1. On the  Navigation Menu, expand  Projects and click Activities.
  2. On the Activities page, select an activity and click the Steps detail window.
  3. In the Steps detail window, repeat the following for each step you need to configure:
    1. Select a step.
    2. Add the columns you need to configure to the detail window if they are not already available, or hide columns, if necessary.
    3. Select an option or enter a value for each field.

Tip

  • Select the Completed option if the step is finished.
  • You can also configure steps from the Activity Details page of the Open Requests for Resources portlet of the Dashboards page.
