Configuring Activity Steps
Configure steps to show percent complete and to give a description of the step.
To configure steps:
- On the
Navigation Menu, expand
Projects and click Activities. - On the Activities page, select an activity and click the Steps detail window.
- In the Steps detail window, repeat the following for each step you need to configure:
- Select a step.
- Add the columns you need to configure to the detail window if they are not already available, or hide columns, if necessary.
- Select an option or enter a value for each field.
Tip
- Select the Completed option if the step is finished.
- You can also configure steps from the Activity Details page of the Open Requests for Resources portlet of the Dashboards page.
