Assigning a Risk Scoring Matrix to a Project from the EPS Page

You need to assign a risk scoring matrix to a project before it can be used to prioritize risks. Once you assign a scoring matrix to a project, it is available for use from the risk register on the Risks page in the Projects section.

You can assign a risk scoring matrix to a project from multiple locations in the application. Use this method when you are setting up a project or modifying project settings.

To assign a risk scoring matrix to a project from the EPS page:

  1. On the  Navigation Menu, expand  Projects and click EPS.
  2. On the EPS page:
    1. Locate the project you want to associate with a risk scoring matrix.
    2. Double-click in the Risk Scoring Matrix field and click  Select.
    3. In the Select Risk Scoring Matrix dialog box, select a matrix and click Assign.
    4. On the EPS page, click Save.

Tip

  • If the project you selected is assigned to another risk scoring matrix, the threshold values you previously set for the project are removed. You will need to select values using the newly assigned risk scoring matrix.
  • If the Risk Scoring Matrix field is not visible, click "" Customize View and add it to the view.
