Assessing Project Performance

You can use dashboards to quickly measure project performance. You can measure project earned value, schedule, index, or statistics performance according to both project cost and schedule.

To assess project performance:

On the Navigation Menu, expand Dashboard.
On the Dashboards page, select a dashboard.
On the dashboard, expand the Earned Value Performance, Schedule Performance, Index Performance, or Project Statistics portlet and select a project to see its individual performance.

Tip

If applicable, you can continue to follow the WBS down its line of children to view individual WBS performance.
If a portlet is not available, add it to the dashboard.
