WBS Notebooks Detail Window of the Activities Page

Overview

Use this detail window to assign a notebook topic to an activity; view, add, or assign a notebook topic; or remove a topic assignment.

Note To view WBS detail windows, group your view by all levels of the WBS.

Screen Elements

Assign... button

Opens the Select Notebook Topic dialog box.

Context menu

Delete: Deletes the selected item.

Topic field

The name of the associated notebook topic.

Description field

A detailed summary for the item.

The description provides more information than short names or titles. It can give background information or establish a purpose for the item. These details help differentiate between items with similar names and are especially useful in multi-user environments.

Getting Here

On the Navigation Menu, expand Projects and click Activities.
Select a WBS and click the Notebooks detail window.
