Add Document Dialog Box of the Activities Page or Documents Page (with content repository)

Overview

Use this dialog box to add a document to your project.

Screen Elements

Select Folder area

Select the documents folder which contains the document to add to the project.

File field

Enables you to browse to the file to add.

Upload button

Uploads the selected file to the specified folder and closes the Add Document dialog box.

Tip

  • You can create folders to organize documents in the Documents tab of the Projects page.
  • The documents you upload in this window are available in the Documents tab of the Projects page.

Getting Here

From the Activities page:

  1. On the  Navigation Menu, expand  Projects and click Activities.
  2. On the Activities page.
  3. Click the Documents detail window.
  4. Click  Add  and select Document.

From the Documents page (with content repository):

  1. On the  Navigation Menu, expand  Projects and click Documents.
  2. On the Documents page, click the Project tab.
  3. Select a project.
  4. Click  Add Document.
