Assign global profiles (P6 Professional Only)

  1. Choose Admin, Users.
  2. Select the user to whom you want to assign a global profile.
  3. Click the Global Access tab, then select a global security profile.

Tip

  • A global profile, Admin Superuser, allows complete access to global information, features, and all projects. To grant the user read/write privileges for all projects and features, select Admin Superuser as the global profile. You can apply the Admin Superuser profile to as many users as you like.
  • Only an Admin Superuser can apply the Admin Superuser profile to a user.
  • To verify which privileges are associated with a particular global profile, open the Security Profiles dialog box (choose Admin, Security Profiles).
