Cause:

One or more OCLM- managed certificates reached the configured renew-before-expiry value, but the renewal did not complete successfully.

Diagnostic Information:

Review the alarm errinfo to identify the failed certificate ID and failure reason.

Verify:

The OCLM feature is enabled.

The certificate record exists in Certificate Management.

The certificate is marked as a OCLM-managed certificate.

The OCLM node configuration is valid.

Recovery:

Resolve the failure indicated in the alarm errInfo.

If the failure is related to certificate data, review the certificate subject and extension fields and correct the certificate configuration.

If the failure is related to the OCLM renewal operation, verify OCLM configuration and connectivity.

After correcting the issue, rerun the certificate renewal audit or wait for the next scheduled audit run. The alarm is cleared automatically by the audit when a run completes with zero renewal failures.
