Raised when the total number of entries in the vSTP XList exceeds the configured XList space-utilization threshold. Utilization is calculated as a percentage of the total XList capacity of 10,000 entries. This alarm is an early capacity warning and does not indicate that the XList is full. The alarm clears when XList utilization falls to or below the configured threshold.

Recovery:
- Record the current XList utilization and the configured XList occupancy threshold.
- Check XList creation failures, relevant discard KPIs, 70486 buffer utilization, and 70488 table-full alarms.
- Investigate the source of XList growth, especially recurring cluster-routing or unexpected routing events.
- Allow eligible routing-derived XList entries to expire. If you need to release capacity sooner, reduce the XList Expiry Timer Duration in the M3RL Options managed object through approved change control. The XList Expiry Timer Duration is evaluated in minutes.
- Do not increase the occupancy threshold solely to suppress the alarm; first address the XList-growth driver.
- Verify that XList utilization is at or below the configured threshold and that the alarm is cleared.
- Contact My Oracle Support if utilization continues to rise, capacity approaches full, or related overflow/table-full alarms occur.
