2.36.3 Dependencies

The MOBR feature has no dependency on any other vSTP operation.

Considerations

The following points must be considered while configuring MTP Origin-Based Routing (MOBR) feature:

• All destinations must have at least 1 DPC based route before exception routes are provisioned.
• Adjacent routes will not have exception routes.
• If all the DPC based routes to a destination are unavailable, then the status of the destination will be listed as unavailable even if there are exception routes available.
