Recovery:

1. Identify the link name and remote peer from the event’s additional information; correlate it with link, linkset, RSP, and remote-processor indications.
2. Check whether the remote peer/adjacent network declared an outage. Restore the affected remote/link path.
3. Escalate with the remote operator if the remote condition is not planned.
4. Verify that the remote/link/RSP status has returned to normal and that alarm 70389 is cleared. Retain the peer confirmation and transport evidence for an unplanned event.
5. Contact My Oracle Support if the remote block cannot be correlated to a remote, routing, or transport condition.
