Important! If PeopleSoft Applications Portal is used, access CRM-delivered AAF data by navigating to select Enterprise Components CRM, then select Active Analytics Framework. If PeopleSoft Applications Portal is not used, CRM data is available under select Enterprise Components, then select Active Analytics Framework.
