Understanding Full Sync Integration with PeopleSoft HCM

This topic provides an overview of the CRM full sync integration process with PeopleSoft HCM.

CRM uses full sync integration points during system implementation to import all data for a given set of HCM table(s). After all full syncs are processed, incremental sync integration points are activated to ensure that additions, modifications, and deletions of data in PeopleSoft HCM are imported into CRM. The CRM Full Sync Integration Guided Process enables you to improve and simplify the processing of full sync integration points between PeopleSoft HCM and CRM.

CRM uses full sync integration points during system implementation to import all data for a given set of HCM table(s). After all full syncs are processed, incremental sync integration points are activated to ensure that additions, modifications, and deletions of data in PeopleSoft HCM are imported into CRM. To manage integration between PeopleSoft HCM and CRM, Integration Broker technology is utilized to configure, activate, and monitor integration that synchronizes a given set of HCM table(s). In addition to this technology, Enterprise Components integration definitions and processes are utilized to configure full sync data rules and initiate the full sync integration points. When you run a full or incremental integration point, the imported data is loaded directly into the CRM table(s). Because of data dependencies, some integration points must be run in a specific order. The CRM Full Sync Integration Guided Process enables you to improve and simplify the processing of full sync integration points between PeopleSoft HCM and CRM. The process enables you to initiate and monitor full sync integration points between HCM and CRM while the guided process is hosted on PeopleSoft HCM.
