Using PeopleSoft Support Pagelets

This topic discusses how customers can review their support cases and search for solutions by using the Recent Cases pagelet.

Recent Cases

Customers can view the five most recent open cases and access pages for reviewing existing cases, creating new cases, and searching for case solutions.

Note: The pagelet has a slightly different appearance, depending on whether it is placed in a narrow or a wide column on the portal homepage.
