Application Audit

CSL_AUDIT

select Financial Aid, then select Canadian Application Data, then select View Application Audit, then select Application Audit

View a history of changes made to entries for the student application record.

Extension Audit

EXT_AUDIT

select Financial Aid, then select Canadian Application Data, then select View Extension Audit, then select Extension Audit

View changes made to the Student Extension record.

Access the Application Audit page (select Financial Aid, then select Canadian Application Data, then select View Application Audit, then select Application Audit).

Field or Control

Definition
Date and Time Stamp

Displays the date and time changes were made to the application.
Field Name

Displays the changed field name.
Old Value

Displays the previous value before change.
New Value

Displays the new value.
User ID

Displays the unique identification of the person who made the change.
Record (Table) Name

Displays the record/table name of the changed field.

Access the Extension Audit page (select Financial Aid, then select Canadian Application Data, then select View Extension Audit, then select Extension Audit).
