Accessing Applicant Self Service Using PeopleSoft Fluid User Interface

Applicants can use the Applicant Self Service Fluid interface to:

  • Track their application status (incomplete or complete).

  • Access information regarding the meaning of the application status, and the requirements to support their application. Access contact details for more information or questions.

  • View the Admissions decision when available and view the decision letter.

  • Accept or Decline the offer of Admission, if admitted.

  • Upload a document in the process of admission.

  • Pay an admission deposit.

Important! The Admissions Fluid Self Service Setup determines what the applicant can view in self service.

Admissions Tile

SAD_APPL_TILE_FL

Select the Admissions tile from the Applicant Homepage.

View the Application Status page.

Select a Value

SAD_APPL_SELECT_FL

Select the Admissions tile from the Applicant Homepage. If the applicant has multiple applications, the Select a Value page is rendered.

Select and view a specific application from this page.

Application Status

SAD_APPL_STATUS_FL

Click the Change button on the page to view each of the multiple applications.

Select the Application tab to view an Application’s status, its related information, Decision letter and Institution Contact information.

Select the To Do List tab to view checklist items for each application and its status. Select the chevron for more information about each item. If required in the Application process, upload a document using the Upload File button.

Accept/ Decline Admissions

SAD_MODAL_AD_SCF

Accept and Decline buttons appear on the page when an application is in Admitted status.

Accept or decline the offer of admission.

Status Information

SAD_STAT_INFO_SCF

Select the Information icon next to the status.

Provides more detail about the application and its status. The page setup determines the display of the icon and content on the page.

Contact Information

SAD_CONTACTUS_SCF

Click the Contact Us link on the application tab page.

Provides contact information to the applicant. The page setup determines the display of the link and content on the

Depending on the setup, the View Decision Letter link appears on the Application tab. Click the link to view a PDF version of the letter in the device’s native client.
