Edit Schema Dialog Box

You can change the label and short name of the updated schema registrations to more meaningful descriptions. A modified label provides easier name recognition when you select a schema to assign XBRL line items to rows.

  To edit the label and short name:

  1. In Edit Schema, enter a brief description in Label or Short Name. In the following example, Short Name text is changed to ci.

  2. Click OK to update the change.

    The image shows the Edit Schema dialog box where you can change the label and short name of the updated schema registrations to more meaningful descriptions.

  3. Click OK to update the change.

    Note:

    Changes in the label or short name of a schema are reflected for all Reporting Studio users.
