Deleting Conditions

You can delete a condition if it is no longer applicable to the grid, cell, row, or column. This functionality enables you to delete a single condition rather than an entire format, which can hold as many as seven conditions. For information on deleting formats, see Deleting Conditional Formats.

  To delete conditions:

  1. Create a grid in a report in the Report Designer, or open an existing report containing a grid with conditional formatting applied.

  2. Select a grid or one or more cells, rows, or columns in a grid to which conditional formatting is applied.

  3. Select Format, and then Conditional Format.

  4. In the Conditional Format dialog box, click the Delete Format button. Use the drop-down list to select the condition to delete.

  5. Click OK.
