You can delete a condition if it is no longer applicable to the grid, cell, row, or column. This functionality enables you to delete a single condition rather than an entire format, which can hold as many as seven conditions. For information on deleting formats, see Deleting Conditional Formats.
To delete conditions:
Create a grid in a report in the Report Designer, or open an existing report containing a grid with conditional formatting applied.
Select a grid or one or more cells, rows, or columns in a grid to which conditional formatting is applied.
In the Conditional Format dialog box, click the Delete Format button. Use the drop-down list to select the condition to delete.
