Sorting Results/Table Items

Data in the Results section is sorted in the order returned by the database. You can change the order in which a column is sorted either in ascending or descending order.

To sort a column:

Select the column you want to sort on.
Selecting multiple columns invokes a “nested sort.”
Select Sort on the shortcut menu.
The Sort submenu is displayed.
Select either the Ascending or Descending sort item.

To delete the current sort order:

Select any column in the Results or Table section.
Select Sort on the shortcut menu.
The Sort submenu is displayed.
Select Delete All.
