노트 익스포트 중

하나 이상의 노트를 ZIP 파일로 익스포트하려면 다음을 수행하십시오.

  1. Narrative Reporting 홈 페이지에서 노트를 선택하여 노트 관리자를 엽니다.

  2. 관련된 노트를 보려면 노트 템플리트를 클릭합니다.

  3. 다음 중 하나를 수행합니다.

    • 단일 노트를 선택하고 작업 아이콘을 클릭한 다음 익스포트를 선택합니다.

    • 다중 노트를 선택하고 기어 아이콘을 클릭한 다음 익스포트를 선택합니다.

  4. 익스포트 파일의 대상 폴더를 선택합니다.

  5. 확인을 누릅니다.

    익스포트 프로세스는 백그라운드에서 실행됩니다. 익스포트가 완료된 후 통지를 보려면 메시지를 선택합니다.

    Note:

    "Export Process Status <date/time>.txt" 파일은 익스포트 후 내 라이브러리 폴더에서 생성되었으며 각 노트 템플리트 및 노트 익스포트의 상태를 나열합니다.

    예:

    The export process initiated by admin started on Jun 11, 2021 9:13:37 AM and was completed on Jun 11, 2021 9:13:38 AM.
