Súbor radiča je malá stránka HTML, ktorá dynamicky iniciuje poradie vykresľovania pre zvyšok stránky. Je to prvé miesto, kde je možné použiť prispôsobenia, ktoré ovplyvnia správanie jednotlivých stránok lokality.
Primárnou úlohou súboru radiča je poskytovať a hosťovať prostredie spúšťania pre kód JavaScript radiča. Kód JavaScript radiča stránku následne načíta a zobrazí. Prispôsobenia v súbore radiča umožňujú prepisovať a ovplyvňovať fungovanie kódu JavaScript radiča.
Pri prvom vytvorení lokality Oracle Content Management sa k nej priradí predvolený súbor radiča controller.html.
