4 安装 Smart View

可从 Google Workspace Marketplace 获取适用于 Oracle Smart View for Google Workspace 的插件扩展进行安装。

您可以在您的组织为您设置的 Google 账户中安装 Smart View 扩展。

要在 Google Sheets 中安装 Smart View：

1. 使用您的 Google Workspace 身份证明登录 Google Sheets，并打开新的电子表格。
2. 在 Extensions 菜单中，依次选择 Add-ons 和 Get add-ons。
3. 在 Google Workspace Marketplace 部分中，搜索 Oracle Smart View for Google Workspace，然后选择 Oracle Smart View 磁贴。
4. 查看 "Overview" 和 "Permissions" 选项卡中的详细信息，然后单击 Install。

   
   
   

5. 在 Choose an account 对话框中，选择要在其中安装 Smart View 扩展的 Google Workspace 账户。
6. 查看隐私政策、服务条款和访问权限。

   Smart View 需要以下访问权限：

   • 查看、编辑、创建和删除您的所有 Google Sheets 电子表格
   • 连接到外部服务
   • 在 Google 应用程序中的提示和边栏中显示和运行 Smart View 用户界面 (UI) 和 Web 内容
7. 选择所有访问权限，然后单击 Continue。

   安装将开始。完成后，您将收到已安装 Smart View for Google Workspace 的确认消息。

   如果您未提供这些访问权限，则使用 Smart View 连接到业务流程时可能会收到错误消息，指出您无权调用 UrlFetchApp.fetch。

8. 单击消息中的 Next，然后单击 Done 关闭对话框。
9. 在电子表格中，打开 Extensions 菜单。现在可以看到包含各种操作的 Smart View for Google Workspace 菜单。

现在您可以连接到您的业务流程，并开始在 Smart View 中对您的数据执行各种操作。有关连接到数据源的更多信息，请参阅《使用 Oracle Smart View for Google Workspace》中的“连接到数据源”。
