如果現有 Oracle Cloud 帳戶是其他人所建立，該怎麼辦？

若要將 Oracle Fusion Cloud Enterprise Performance Management 或 Oracle Fusion Cloud Enterprise Data Management 訂閱新增至現有 Oracle Cloud 帳戶，您必須是 Oracle Cloud 帳戶管理員。

根據預設，系統會把其資訊被用來建立 Oracle Cloud 帳戶的使用者定義為「帳戶管理員」。此使用者可以使用 Oracle Cloud Console 建立其他使用者並授予管理員權限，透過將這些使用者新增至「管理員」群組使其成為 Oracle Cloud 帳戶管理員。

若要建立 Oracle Cloud 帳戶管理員，請執行下列動作：

1. 以 Oracle Cloud 帳戶管理員的身分登入 Oracle Cloud Console。請參閱存取 Oracle Cloud Console。
2. 視需要在預設網域中建立使用者，並將使用者指派給管理員群組。請參閱授予服務管理員存取 Oracle Cloud Console 的權限。

   如果您使用的是現有使用者帳戶，請確保已將該帳戶指派至「管理員」群組。
