The Oracle Eloqua audit log shows a history of changes to different areas of Oracle Eloqua.

Asset history

Data Description
Date time stamp The date and time that the event occurred.
ID The asset ID.
Asset Type The asset type:
  • Campaign
  • Email
  • Form
  • Landing Page
  • Program Canvas
Asset Name The asset name.
Action The event that occurred:
  • Create
  • Modify
  • Delete

Additional events are logged for campaigns and programs:

  • Schedule For Activation
  • Activate
  • Deactivate
  • Pause
  • Archive
  • Unarchive
User The user who performed the event.

Security group history

Data Description
Date time stamp The date and time that the event occurred.
User The user who performed the event.
Security Group Name The name of the security group.
ID The security group ID.
Impacted object type The impacted security group object:
  • License
  • Interface Access
  • Asset Creation Permissions
  • Action Permissions
  • Business Unit Membership
  • Security Group
  • Default Asset Permissions
Action The event that occurred:
  • Create
  • Modify
  • Delete
Change details Description of the event.

Note: Deleting a contact label is not captured as a modify action in the Security Group History audit log. Renaming a contact label is not captured as a separate modify action in the audit log.

User profile history

Data Description
Date time stamp The date and time that the event occurred.
User The user who performed the event.
User Profile Name The user changed.
Impacted object type The impacted security group object:
  • License
  • Interface Access
  • Asset Creation Permissions
  • Action Permissions
  • Business Unit Membership
  • Security Group
  • Default asset permissions
Action The event that occurred:
  • Create
  • Modify
  • Delete
Change details Description of the event.

User login history

Data Description
User The user who logged in
First Login Hour The time the user logged in
IP Address The IP address of the user who logged in

Upload history

Data Description
Status The status of the import:
  • Completed
  • In Progress
  • Queued
  • Waiting
  • Failed
  • Inactive
Name The name of the import.
Source The type of imported file.
User The user who performed the import.
Purpose The reason for the import.
File The name of the import file.
Total The total records imported.
New The total new records imported.
Edited The total changed records imported.
Start Time The date and time that the import started.
Elapsed Time (s) The amount of time, in seconds, to complete the import.

Export history

Data Description
Status The status of the import:
  • Completed
  • In Progress
  • Failed
Details If the export failed, the details of the failure:
  • User Name is Empty
  • Password is empty
  • Download GUID is empty
  • Data Export not enabled globally
  • IP Address not in authorized range
  • Data was not successfully generated
  • Download generation reported an error
  • Invalid download specified
  • Specified file does not exist
  • File could not be read
  • Invalid login credentials
Start Date The date and time that the export started.
End Date The date and time that the export ended.
File Size The size of the exported file.
User The user who performed the export.
IP Address The IP address of the user who performed the export.
