Managing hyperlinks
Note: We're updating our help center to reflect the new Redwood experience. During the transition, some content reflects the previous version of the UI.
You can rename, delete, organize, and edit hyperlinks in the component library. Hyperlinks in the component library provide a list of Oracle Eloqua landing pages that you can link to from your assets.
Before you begin:
- Renaming a hyperlink does not impact the original Oracle Eloqua landing page. The name is a descriptive name referred to when linking to the landing page from an asset. The descriptive name is also used by some reports.
- You cannot delete a hyperlink if it has dependencies. If you try to delete a hyperlink with dependencies, Oracle Eloqua displays them for you so that you can resolve them.
- You cannot edit the URL of a landing page created in Oracle Eloqua using the component library. For more information on editing the URL, see Editing landing pages in the Design Editor.
To manage your files:
-
Navigate to Assets
> Components, then click Hyperlinks.
- Search for the hyperlink you want to manage.
- Right-click the hyperlink and choose an action. You can:
- Rename
View Dependencies (Redwood experience only)
- Delete - You cannot delete hyperlinks with dependencies. When deleting hyperlinks, the Dependencies window displays the dependencies so you can resolve them.
- Move to Folder
