Removing contacts from a shared list
You can manually remove contacts from a shared list. To use a more automated process, use the shared list elements available from campaigns or programs.
To remove contacts from a shared list:
- Navigate to Audience
> Tools, then click Shared Lists.
- Open the shared list.
- Choose an option:
- Remove individual contacts
- In the classic, select one or more contacts and click Delete
.
- In the Redwood experience, select the contacts and click on Remove.
Tip: Select multiple contacts at once with standard keyboard shortcuts.
- In the classic, select one or more contacts and click Delete
- Remove all contacts
- In classic UI, remove all contacts, click Actions
, then Remove All Contacts. Oracle Eloqua sends you an email when the contacts are removed.
- In the Redwood Experience, click More Actions
, then click Remove All Contacts.
- In classic UI, remove all contacts, click Actions
- Remove individual contacts
- Save your changes.
