Filters and Segment Groups
You can use the Filter Designer to create filters, which extract the list of records from the database and allow you to define your target audience.
List Segmentation allows you to divide your main Contacts list into groups that share common characteristics and give you a better understanding of your target audience. To create a Segment Group, you need to define Segment Rules. A Segment Rule is a set of conditions that define the characteristics of a Segment Group. You can use profile list attributes as well as PET attributes to set up rules to define segments.
