Transactional Message Search

Important: This feature is only available if it is enabled for your account.

The Transactional Message Search page shows the status of transactional messages sent to a specified email address in the past 30 days.

Note: If you want to change this time to as shorter period, please contact My Oracle Support and create a service request. You may not change this time to exceed 30 days.

To find the message status:

  1. Click Tools on the side navigation bar, and select Transactional Messages. (Not seeing this choice? Refer to the Side navigation bar changes topic.)

  2. Type the email address in the Search for messages field.
  3. Click Search.

    The table of messages opens.

Deliverability status

The Deliverability status of the email address. Click , if it is available to get more information about the status.

Date/Time

The date and time the message was sent.

Campaign Name

The name of the campaign with which the message is associated.

Event

The message status:

  • Hard bounce - the message bounced due to a permanent problem such as invalid domain or incorrect email address.
  • Send - the message was sent.
  • Skip - the message was not sent.
  • Soft bounce - the message bounced due to a temporary reason such as a full mailbox.

Sorting the table

A blue column heading indicates that the table is sorted on that column. By default, the table is sorted in descending order. To sort on a different column, click that column's heading. To sort in ascending order, click the heading of the column on which the table is sorted.
