Triggered Message report

This report is available for campaign messages that are triggered one by one over time using Responsys Form functionality.

There is only one report available from this page.

Report Format

Reports are available in three formats: HTML, Excel, and PDF.

The HTML report appears in a separate browser window. For the other formats, you'll have an opportunity to name the output location.

Note: The Excel report shows only the title and logo if there are no results to be displayed.

Response Dates

Enter the start and end dates of the period you want to evaluate, or click the calendar icons to select those dates.

Campaigns

Campaigns that send triggered messages are available for selection. Select one or more campaigns, then click to place them in the Selected Campaigns list. If you change your mind, select one or more launches in the Selected Campaigns list and click to remove them.
