System-defined List fields

The following table describes the system-defined List fields. Depending of which features are enabled for your account, some fields might not be available.

Note: You cannot alter system-defined fields. You can, however, create custom fields for your lists. For more information, see Change Schema and Load from File.

CUSTOMER_ID_ Text Field (to 255 chars) If you have a unique, external-source ID for each customer, store it in this field.
EMAIL_ADDRESS_ Text Field (to 500 chars) Stores customer email addresses.
EMAIL_DOMAIN_ Text Field (to 255 chars) Stores customer email domains.
EMAIL_ISP_ Text Field (to 255 chars) Stores customer email ISPs.
EMAIL_FORMAT_ Single Character Field Customer email format preference. Valid values are H for HTML, T for Text, or U for Unknown.
EMAIL_PERMISSION_STATUS_ Single Character Field Opt-in/out status for interaction with customer email channel. Valid values are I for Opt-in and O for Opt-out.
EMAIL_DELIVERABILITY_STATUS_ Single Character Field Deliverability status for interaction with customer email channel. Valid values are D for Deliverable and U for Undeliverable.
EMAIL_PERMISSION_REASON_ Text Field (to 255 chars)  
EMAIL_MD5_HASH_ Text Field (to 50 chars)

User identifier using the MD-5 hash value of normalized email addresses.

EMAIL_SHA256_HASH_ Text Field (to 100 chars) User identifier using the SHA-256 hash value of normalized email addresses.
MOBILE_NUMBER_ Text Field (to 50 chars)

Customer mobile number for campaigns targeting mobile devices.

Note: International format: “+nnnnnnnnn”

MOBILE_COUNTY_ Text Field (to 25 chars) The mobile country code of the device.
MOBILE_PERMISSION_STATUS_ Single Character Field Opt-in/out status for interaction with customer mobile channel. Valid values are I for Opt-in and O for Opt-out.
MOBILE_DELIVERABILITY_STATUS_ Single Character Field Deliverability status for interaction with customer mobile channel. Valid values are D for Deliverable and U for Undeliverable.
MOBILE__PERMISSION_REASON_ Text Field (to 255 chars)  
POSTAL_STREET_1_ Text Field (to 255 chars) Line 1 of a customer postal street address for direct mail or print-on-demand campaigns.
POSTAL_STREET_2 Text Field (to 255 chars) Line 2 of a customer postal street address for direct mail or print-on-demand campaigns.
CITY_ Text Field (to 50 chars) Customer's city.
STATE_ Text Field (to 50 chars) Customer's state.
POSTAL_CODE_ Text Field (to 25 chars) Postal code of a customer postal address for direct mail or print-on-demand campaigns.
COUNTRY_ Text Field (to 50 chars) Customer's 2-character country code.
POSTAL_PERMISSION_STATUS_ Single Character Field Opt-in/out status for interaction with customer postal channel. Valid values are I for Opt-in and O for Opt-out.
POSTAL_DELIVERABILITY_STATUS_ Single Character Field Deliverability status for interaction with customer postal channel. Valid values are D for Deliverable and U for Undeliverable.
POSTAL__PERMISSION_REASON_ Text Field (to 255 chars)  
CREATED_DATE_ Time Stamp Field (date + time) Reserved field. Date that the record was created.
MODIFIED_DATE_ Time Stamp Field (date + time) Reserved field. Date that the record was last modified.
RIID_ Integer Field

Oracle CX Audience recipient tracking ID. This is a reserved field used to track an individual customer through the life-cycle of a List, campaign activities, etc.

Special system List fields

Though not displayed above, there are additional system fields that only appear when viewing and editing data or creating/designing filters.

These fields describe the nature of each List customer record: when it was created, when it was last modified, etc. There is also a customer-unique ID (described below).

Unique List Identifier Field (RIID)

Every List includes a system field created by Oracle CX Audience ID (RIID) that uniquely identifies each customer across all Lists within your account.
