Log In and Manage Your Account

The Mobile App Developer Console enables mobile app developers a quick and easy way to add and manage their apps and platforms in Responsys.

Log in to the Mobile App Developer Console

The Mobile App Developer Console is accessed through your web browser. When the Responsys Account Administrator creates your user in Responsys, you will receive an automated email that provides you with the login URL and account credentials. Your user name is included in the greeting ("Dear username") and the login URL and temporary password are included in the message body.

NOTE: When the login page displays in the web browser, the cursor is placed in the Username field, but its label does not show when the cursor is in the field. Type the user name in the field without a label, and then tab to the Password field and type the temporary password. You will be prompted to change the password after your first login.

If this is your first time logging in, the page displays a welcome message and a Get started by adding your app icon. Otherwise, the system displays the Manage Apps page.

Next step: Set up Apps and Platforms
