Manage Message Center settings

Mobile App Message Center enables Marketers to persist their sent Push campaign messages, so that mobile app users can view them later in the mobile app. Mobile App Developers can fetch these messages from Responsys and display them to mobile app users.

NOTE: Using Mobile App Message Center for your mobile app also requires that your Responsys account is enabled for Mobile App Message Center. Your Responsys Account Administrator should request access to this feature by contacting your Customer Success Manager or logging in to My Oracle Support and creating a service request. This feature is currently released under our Controlled Availability program.

For Responsys accounts enabled for the Message Center feature, each mobile app has a default message center. The default message center is titled "Primary", and it cannot be deleted or changed. If your team requires additional, custom message centers, you can log in to the Mobile App Developer Console and add message centers to the mobile app.

For more details about supporting Mobile App Message Centers in your app, refer to the Message Center section.
