SFTP Connector SuiteApp

The SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol) Connector SuiteApp enables you to directly transfer your payment files from NetSuite to your bank servers. You can also download files from your bank server to NetSuite. The SuiteApp establishes an SFTP connection between your NetSuite account and a remote SFTP server.

The SFTP Connector SuiteApp works together with the Electronic Bank Payments SuiteApp to transfer payment files to bank SFTP servers for processing.

You can transfer files from predefined folders in the file cabinet into SFTP server’s predefined folder. When you transfer a file, the system moves back the same file to the processed folder in the file cabinet as a backup.

Similarly, you can download files from predefined folders in the bank server to file cabinet. When you download a file, the system moves back the same file to the processed folder in the bank server as a backup. The backup can be done only if you have Delete and Upload permissions provided by your bank.
