Only identity domain administrators can modify a user account, and only in the identity domains they are assigned to manage.

You can modify a user's first name, last name, and email address.

You cannot modify the user name. The user name is the unique identifier that the user enters to sign in to Oracle Cloud.
To modify a user account:
- Sign in to My Services.
Be sure to specify the appropriate identity domain.
- Click Users.
- Click the Users tab.
- Enter all or part of the user's first name, last name, email address, or user name in the Search field, and then click Search.
- Click Action next to the user account you want to change, then select Modify.
- Make your changes to the user account.
- Click Save.
