Saving Books in Planning and Budgeting Cloud Workspace

You can save books to the repository as a compilation of reports, Microsoft Word documents, snapshot reports, or reports and snapshot reports. You can replicate an existing book by saving it with the Save As command.

  To save a book in Planning and Budgeting Cloud Workspace:

  1. From Planning and Budgeting Cloud Workspace repository, right-click a book and select Open In, and then Editor to open it in Book Editor.

  2. Select File, and then Save or Save As.

  3. Enter a name and description, select a folder, and then click Save.

    The report's data will be dynamic when the book is run.

    You cannot save a book as a snapshot book from within the Book Editor. Instead, to save a snapshot book, run the book, and, while in the Book Table of Contents page, select Files, and then Save As

  4. Navigate to the repository to establish file permissions for the book or snapshot book.
