If the data export exceeds three minutes in duration, the following message will display and the export will automatically run in the background:
“The export has exceeded the maximum configured wait time and will now be performed in the background. To check export status, open the Import and Export Status page. Note that exported data files should be downloaded and saved because they may be periodically removed from temporary locations on the server.”
Once this message displays, clicking View Status or selecting Tools, and then Import and Export Status will display a Processing status in the Status column. When the data export is complete, the Status column will display a Complete status. Selecting the Complete status will launch the View Status window and display a green arrow. Click the green arrow to download the exported file from a temporary location and save it to a permanent location. If the file in the temporary location no longer exists, the following message is displayed:
“The file that you tried to download no longer exists on the server. Export your data again.”
