Creating Application Filters

You can create filters that allow you to see only specific applications in the Application Library.

Note:

The Application Library does not filter the applications based on security. All applications are shown. For example, a user will see 20 applications in the Application Library even if he only has access to one of them.

  To create application filters:

  1. Select View, Filter.

    The Application Filter dialog box shows the types of applications, such as Planning or Consolidation and also the status, such as deployed.

  2. Deselect the types that you do not want to see.

  3. Under Status, deselect the status that you do not want see. For example, you might want to see applications that are not deployed.

  4. Click OK.
