Note: If the document is visible to people outside your company, you see a banner stating "This Conversation is visible to outside users." at the top of any associated annotation dialogs.
Open the document.
Tap , then tap the type of annotation you want to use:
Tap , and tap the place you want the annotation to appear.
Tap , and write or draw over an area of any size.
Tap , and highlight one line.
Tap , and draw a rectangle over an area of any size.
Tap , and draw a circle around an area of any size.
If necessary, tap Edit to open the comment dialog.
Tip: When you type a hashtag (#) and at least one letter, you see suggestions of hashtags that other people have used. For more information on hashtags, see What are hashtags (#) and how do I use them?
Add comment text, then tap Save.
Tap Publish <number> (<number> is the number of annotations that need to be published) to add them to the document and the Conversation.
To view annotations:
Open the annotated document or tap under the annotation message.
To view a list of all annotations, tap the open annotation.
