Add coupons to your Facebook Wall or in a tab, drive engagement and sales, and inject a viral element to your brand’s campaign!
Settings and Features for all Involver Accounts are accessible from the Edit Tab Settings link on the application page on Facebook.
Adding a Coupon
The Coupon can either be a printable coupon, or serve as an image link to an external web page (e.g., a discount code that links to a web page where the fan makes the actual transaction).
- First, please click Add a New Coupon
- Next, click the Browse button to select a file on your computer to upload. Please note that there is a 50 MB maximum
- (Optional) Select Use Overlay Options:
- (Optional) Provide copy for Header and Sub Header
- (Optional) Provide the URL to Link coupon to external site:
- Select Save to finish editing your coupon
- Make sure to click Save Changes when you are done adding files* *
Set Theme Color
Choose a color here, to ensure your color scheme is consistent across all of your Involver applications (with slight variations on each application page). Enter an HTML code for your color – we have provided a link to a page with the HTML color code chart. Note that if you are copying and pasting the code from this site, you should not include the # (hash) symbol in front of the code, as we have provided it for you.
Display Banner Header Image
Select an image to appear at the top of this and all of your Involver Application tabs. This image must be uploaded from your local computer, cannot be larger than 520x140, and needs to match that aspect ratio to avoid distortion.
Note: to change the image, overlay copy, or link to the external site, please click the Edit button next to the image. To delete it, click Delete.
Coupon Visibility
You can show your Coupon Image to everyone. Or, you can show your Coupon Image to Fans ONLY, and upload a separate invitation graphic that will be displayed to non-Fans (this graphic might say something like, "Become a fan now to unlock our exclusive discount!" - a great way to convert your visitors into Fans).
Coupon Codes
Upload a list (CSV) of coupon codes to make each coupon unique and trackable. Each code will only be used once. Codes listed in the CSV file should be in one column, and the number of coupon codes available is determined by the number of rows used. The top most row in the CSV file must be left blank as a header. The CSV file should contain no more than 5,000 coupon codes. Multiple CSV files can be uploaded if you require more than 5,000 unique codes.
